Dear Editor, I am delighted to see the placement of new bollards outside YAA art studio on Millstream Row in Blarney. Such a narrow two way street that many cars were driving over the kerb to make room for oncoming traffic. Drivers aren’t aware that there is a 12″ drop from the road to the footpath and getting stuck until being towed away ! Thank you so much for making our footpath a safer place.
