“I would like to nominate Marie Murphy for her years of unbelievable dedication and tireless work with the 11th Cork (Cloghroe) Scout Group. Marie (mother of two) volunteers THREE nights during the week as leader to the Beavers and Cub Scouts and in addition to that runs events and activities at the weekends. She is a lovely approachable leader and has such a respective way of interacting with the children. She has enlisted her husband Colin as a leader one night a week too so the commitment extends through the family! I urge the committee to consider her as she has a servant’s heart.”
