2022 was an incredible year for Whitechurch based Blue Hat productions topping it off as All-Ireland Winners with their wonderful production A Dogs Life, congratulations to the cast, crew and director Sean Kelleher. They also claimed best actor for Paul Lynch, a DLI scholarship for Nathan Sweeney and a best actress nominee for Yvonne Russell. Additionally they played a sold out performance in The Everyman Theatre and put on their first Christmas performance with A Christmas Carol. Their members who write, perform, direct, produce, manage backstage, build sets, hair, makeup, costumes and ticket sales among other things all make up a phenomenal group, and they also thanked their many supporters who turn out in droves to support them.
