celebrate great success at this years Irish Championships After 18 long months since students competed in a competition, the club had great success at this years Irish Championships held in the University of Limerick Sports Arena last month, which hosted over 600 competitors during the two day competition. Congratulations to all who performed at the competition with a special mention to Nicola Tomkak, Kate O’Connell, silver medalist Daniel Gatsonides, and bronze medalist Leah O’Connell. They are now very busy getting ready for Winter gradings and preparing for the Munster Open Championships in February. It has been a very tough 18 months for the sport between restrictions and limited training and the club (recognised by Irish Sports Council) is delighted to be back training and looks forward to welcoming old and new members.To find out more contact 087 671 4098.
