People out walking in Whitechurch and Waterloo recently have been noticing some strange characters in their community recently as 
have been encouraging local families to erect a scarecrow to brighten our walks this Easter. Each household taking part will receive an Easter egg to thank them for taking part, and people are asked to please have your scarecrows up before April 4th.
