The next event of Blarney and District Historical Society is a Field Trip to the Cathedral of St. Mary and St. Anne (North Cathedral) on Wednesday 19th September 2018, meeting at the Cathedral at 7.15 p.m. Everybody welcome. There is a charge of €4 for non-members.
The October lecture takes place on Thursday 4th October 2019 at 8pm in Scoil Mhuire Gan Smál. Titled ‘Her Story’, it highlights the Centenary of the Suffragette Movement – Granting of the Vote to Women. The Speaker is Mr. Sean Horgan. Non-members €4.
