Blarney GAA news

Club Beag is an initiative to introduce boys aged between approximately 3-4 years of age to hurling/football in an informal and fun way. It encourages both children and adults to meet, make new friends, whilst enjoying sport in a safe & friendly environment. Club Beag was set up in Blarney GAA Club in 2012 and is becoming increasingly popular. If you are new to the community or not too familiar with GAA, it is a great way to get an insight into our club, become familiar with our facilities, while meeting other parents in a social/enjoyable environment. The club runs 30-minute sessions once a month on the second Saturday of each month from April – June (July for holidays) and August – October. The sessions take place in Blarney GAA grounds. It is free to join Club Beag! Blarney GAA is now welcoming new young members into Club Beag for 2015. Club Beag’s first session for 2015 will take place on Saturday 18th April (11.30am – 12noon). We would be delighted to welcome new members to Club Beag for the coming year. For further queries, please contact Club Beag’s Chairperson Mairead Sheehan on 087 4170690. We look forward to welcoming you to Club Beag!
