Mens Shed is a welcoming community space where men of all ages come together to get involved in projects, to learn or share skills and knowledge or simply to have a chat over a cuppa. The Shed can also be a place of refuge where men can talk and work together, helping prevent social isolation and supporting good mental wellbeing. If you are retired and at a loose end, if you have downsized and no longer have space for a workshop, if you are unemployed and would like to up-skill for future employment, the shed is the place for you. Upskilling is supported by the Cork Education and Training Board (ETB). New members are always welcome and you can be assured that there is something of interest for everyone.
